[Note: For each faculty member not yet at full rank, the department maintains a dossier that is updated prior to the annual progress review each January. 2. Copies of all publications in most recent form (manuscript, galley proof, reprint, or xerox of journal pages); also abstracts of papers submitted to conferences (if the abstract is all that exists). If photocopying is needed, please let us do the copying!
